At Vertex, we strive to ensure all orders are processed and delivered promptly from our five branches in Auckland, Tauranga, Palmerston North, Nelson, and Christchurch. We offer the following delivery options:

• Vertex Truck Delivery
  Ideal for addresses within our regular service areas, this option allows you to receive your order via our scheduled truck runs. Please ensure your delivery address falls within our service area. To check if your delivery address is within our regular service areas, please contact your local branch.
• Vertex Truck Pump Over
  Select this option if your order includes large pack-size products (200L+), and you require a direct pump-over service. Not all products are eligible for pump-over; eligible products will have a tick box option at checkout. Please tick the items you wish to have pumped over.
• Courier/ Freight
  Select this option if your delivery address is outside our service area or you require delivery outside of standard times. Your order will be shipped via a third-party carrier, either by courier or bulk freight, depending on the size and weight. If you have specific carrier instructions or wish to use a preferred carrier already set up with us, please mention this in the order notes at checkout.
